Heinz Friedrich Kamecke

Heinz Friedrich Kamecke (born August 14, 1902 in Bramstädt ; † 1982 ) was a German writer .

Life

Heinz Friedrich Kamecke attended high school in Kolberg and then did an apprenticeship as a bookseller in Quedlinburg .

From 1932 to 1938 he worked as an editor in Schwerte . In 1938 he took over a travel agency in Stettin , but became a soldier in 1939 . In addition to his military service , he worked for the satirical weekly magazine Simplicissimus until 1944 .

From 1945 to 1948 he was a prisoner of war . He then lived as a freelance journalist and writer in Kaltenkirchen .
