Heinz Gutsche

Heinz Gutsche (born May 23, 1915 in Leipzig ; † November 9, 1973 in Berlin ) was a German politician ( SPD ) and political scientist. From 1960 to 1969 he was the district mayor of Berlin-Reinickendorf .
On February 11, 1970, he was awarded the Ernst Reuter plaque .
