Helen Johns (swimmer)
Helen Eileen Johns-Caroll (born September 25, 1914 in East Boston , Massachusetts , † July 23, 2014 in Sumter , South Carolina ) was an American swimmer.

At the 1932 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles , she became Olympic champion in the 4 × 100 m freestyle in the world record time of 4: 38.0 minutes together with Eleanor Saville , Josephine McKim and Helene Madison .
