Helena Sibylla Moller
Helena Sibylla Moller (born June 16, 1669 in Altdorf near Nuremberg ; † September 29, 1735 there ) was a scholar of the 17th century.
Life
Johann Christoph Wagenseil's daughter learned Latin, Greek, Hebrew, Italian and French from her universally learned father. She was accepted into the Societas recuperatorum in Padua because of her scientific work . In 1692 she married the professor at the University of Altdorf Daniel Wilhelm Moller . Like Moller's first marriage, the marriage remained childless. After her husband's death, she lived as a widow until her death in the university town of Altdorf near Nuremberg.
