Helene von Fischer
Helene von Fischer (born April 20, 1843 in Bremen , † after 1911) was a German flower and still life painter .
Life
In her hometown, Helene von Fischer received artistic lessons from the painter Amalie Murtfeldt . In Düsseldorf she was a private student of Heinrich Ludwig Freshness , in Brussels under Jean Robie (1821–1910) and in Berlin under Albert Hertel and Franz Skarbina . In the period from 1879 to 1894 she exhibited in Berlin, where she had settled as a flower and still life painter, and in Dresden .
