Colonel Anacleto Punzone, the medical advisor at an Italian military hospital, is on his nerves. The doctor and surgeon suffers from his unusually small sex organ . The complexes are further exacerbated by the daily examinations , during which the doctor has to examine young men in Adam's costume for their physical and mental aptitude. One day, full of envy, the officer examines the disproportionate power of a moronic volunteer, the medical student Arturo Mazzancollas; the recruit is later accepted as an assistant in the medical department.
At a congress, the married Colonel Punzone met the attractive professor Eva Russell, with whom he fell in love despite the age difference. The researcher from South Africa is a specialist in the field of organ transplantation. The two medics soon get closer; mutual sympathy gradually develops affection. Punzone shies away from a love affair, however, because his stunted sexual organ takes away all self-confidence, although he physically longs for Eva. When one day he picks up the idea of a new type of penis transplant that should make him happy, he senses his great opportunity.
Under the pretext of wanting to remove an ulcer on Arthur's genitals, Punzone lures the unsuspecting subordinate into the operating room. Punzone's organ is quickly transplanted to the recruit; In return, the colonel receives the oversized genitals of Arthur. After a successful operation - in the meantime Eva caught the love-hungry woman Punzones having sex with Arturo - it comes to the longed-for love affair, during which Punzone tries out his new manhood. Unfortunately, the surgical wounds prove to be insufficiently healed; the genitals are repelled and the punzone is ultimately deprived of all masculinity.
