Helmut Höfling , pseudonym : Helmut Siegel , (born February 17, 1927 in Aachen ; † June 25, 2015 in Bad Homburg vor der Höhe ) was a German writer .

Life

Helmut courtier studied after the Abitur Jura . From 1952 he worked as a dramaturge at the Aachen City Theater. He then lived in Cologne , where he worked as a radio and television editor, and later in Baden-Baden . He undertook extensive trips to all parts of the world. Towards the end of his life he was based in Bad Homburg .

Helmut Höfling was the author of novels , short stories , books for children and young people , non-fiction books and poems . He also wrote numerous texts for children's radio , radio plays and television scripts .
