Helmut Osterloh (born December 16, 1967 - July 29, 2015 ) was a German pool player . He became German champion in 2002 .

Career

At the German championship in 2002 , Helmut Osterloh won the final of the 8-ball cup against Thorsten Hohmann and was thus German champion. In 2003 he won the bronze medal in the 8 Ball Cup. In February 2008, Osterloh achieved 33rd place at the French Open, his best result on the Euro Tour . At the 2013 German Senior Championship he reached the quarter-finals in 8-ball. In 2014 he reached the round of 16 in 8-ball and 10-ball .

Helmut Osterloh was a self-employed roofer .
