Henner Gladen

Henner Gladen is a German singer of Christian music in the style of the gospel song up to Christian pop music of the 1970s.

Live and act

In the 1960s, Henner Gladen was discovered and produced by the Christian record label Frohe Message im Lied as the then youngest interpreter. After initial solo roles alongside the Wetzlar Gospel Choir, Gladen first emancipated himself into a guitar-accompanied young talent and finally performed with his own band, switching to the publisher's more progressive sub-label Songs of the Happy Message .

Professionally, however, Gladen decided to become a teacher and since then has largely rested his music career. An exception in 2011 was the nostalgia concert Unforgotten - songs that remain , jointly organized by Gerth Medien and ERF Medien . Among other performers of gospel songs of the 50s and 60s as Doris Loh , Martin Gerhard and Elsa & Ernst August Eicker and a project choir of former singers of popular chorus, as the we-sing-for-Jesus Choir and the Wetzlar gospel - and Youth Choir joined Henner Gladen too, recalling his early style.
