Henrik Solberg (born April 15, 1987 in Trondheim ) is a Norwegian ice hockey player who has been under contract with the Stavanger Oilers in the GET league since 2008 .

Career

Henrik Solberg began his career as a hockey player in the youth department of Lillehammer IK , for whose professional team he made his debut in the Norwegian top division in the 2005/06 season . The defender then spent two years with his league rivals Trondheim IK . When the club was dissolved due to financial problems, he moved to the Stavanger Oilers in summer 2008 , with whom he won the Norwegian championship title in the 2009/10 and 2011/12 seasons .

International

For Norway , Solberg took part in the junior division of the U18 World Junior Championship in Division I 2005 and the U20 World Junior Championship in Division I in 2007 . In the senior sector, he was in his country's squad at the 2010 and 2012 World Championships .
