The Lillehammer Ishockeyklubb is a Norwegian ice hockey club from Lillehammer founded in 1957 . The team plays in the GET league and plays its home games in the Kristins Hall .
history
The club was founded in 1957. With the construction of Kristins Hall in 1988, interest in ice hockey in the city increased rapidly and the club was able to establish itself in the GET-ligaen , the highest Norwegian league, in the following years . The greatest success for the club was winning the Norwegian championship title in the 1993/94 season. In the following period, the team reached third place in the playoffs four times, most recently in the 2010/11 season .
