Henry Samuel Luito'o Fa'arodo Junior (born October 5, 1982 in Honiara , Solomon Islands ), known under the short name Henry Fa'arodo , is a Solomon soccer player. He is a striker and a midfielder .
Fa'arodo last played for the New Zealand club Team Wellington . Previously was with several other Australian clubs, including the top club Perth Glory , under contract. He is one of the few Solomon Islands so far who play or have played football professionally. He has been ending his career in the Solomon Islands since 2015. First with Western United FC , since the 2017/18 season with Marist FC .
Fa'arodo is also active as a team captain in the Solomonic national football team .
He ended his playing career in New Zealand in autumn 2015. However, he did not rule out an engagement in his home country. There he worked for the national football association . For the 2019/20 season he took over the Solomon record champions Solomon Warriors FC as coach and won the national championship with them in his first season . In 2020 he joined New Zealand first division club Hamilton Wanderers AFC , again as a player at the age of 37.
