Herbert Andreas Löhlein
Herbert Andreas Löhlein (also: Herbert A. Löhlein , pseudonym : C. Astor ), (* July 5, 1900 in Munich , † March 8, 1987 in Herrsching am Ammersee ) was a German writer , journalist and astrologer .
Life
After attending a secondary school , Herbert Andreas Löhlein completed a three-semester course in newspaper science at the University of Munich . He then did a banking apprenticeship and worked in the banking industry until 1930, most recently as an authorized signatory . Löhlein had been a freelance writer since the 1930s . After 1945 he was part of the editorial team of the women's magazine " Madame ". Löhlein last lived in Grafrath in Upper Bavaria . He was with Thea, geb. Farmer, married.
Herbert A. Löhlein's first literary works were adventure novels . He also wrote numerous radio plays . Since the 1950s , the focus of his work has been on non-fiction books on character studies and astrology .
