Hermann Brückner

Hermann Brückner (born August 28, 1834 in Gotha ; † February 27, 1920 ) was a German judge .

Life

Brückner was the son of the Gotha district administrator Moritz Brückner (1807-1887). During his studies he became a member of the Teutonia Jena fraternity in 1853 . In 1857 he was sworn in to the rulers of Saxony-Coburg and Gotha . Since 1876 assessor (regular judge), he was appointed appellate judge in 1878 and in 1879 senior judge. In 1892 he came to the Imperial Court. He was in the III. Civil Senate active. He retired in 1907.
