The 2003/04 season was the eleventh season of the Ukrainian Ice Hockey League , the highest Ukrainian ice hockey division . Champion became the seventh time in the history of the HK Sokol Kiev club .

mode

The twelve participants were divided into two divisions in the main round. The top three teams in Division A qualified directly for the playoff semi-finals. The fourth placed in Division A qualified for the pre-playoffs as did the winner of Division B. In the playoffs, the champions were played off. The HK Sokol Kiev as a participant in the Eastern European Hockey League was automatically qualified for the play-off final. Each team received three points for a win after regular time, two points for a win after overtime, one point for a tie and zero points for a defeat after overtime and after regular time.
