The 2015 season was the 22nd season of the Ukrainian Ice Hockey League , the highest Ukrainian ice hockey league . Champion became for the second time in the club history of HK ATEK Kiev . Due to the political and economic crisis in Ukraine, the season only started in February 2015 and ended in April of the same year. Of the participants from the previous year, only Generals Kiev remained , while all other clubs had withdrawn for financial reasons.

The four teams played a total of 12 games in the main round. All participating teams qualified for the playoffs in which the champions were played out. Each team received three points for a win after regular time, two points for a win after overtime, one point for a defeat after overtime and zero points for a defeat after regular time.
