The 1994 season was the second regular staging of the Ukrainian Ice Hockey League , the highest Ukrainian ice hockey league . Champion became the first time in the history of the SchWSM Kiev club .

In the main round, each of the five teams played a total of four games. The two best-placed teams qualified for the final round, in which the champions were played out between the three qualified teams. As a participant in the International Hockey League, HK Sokol Kiev was automatically qualified for the final round. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
