Hermann Fischer (politician, 1876)
Hermann Fischer (born November 22, 1876 in Römerstadt (Rýmařov) , Moravia , † September 6, 1933 in Vienna ) was an Austrian politician of the Social Democratic Workers' Party (SdP).
education and profession
After attending compulsory schools , he learned the trade of a locksmith and expanded his knowledge in a workers' education association . In 1900 he became a cashier at the Siemens-Schuckert works in Vienna and later an administrator.
Political functions
- 1911: Chairman of the "Prater" section of the SdP
- 1918–1919: Member of the provisional municipal council of the City of Vienna
- from 1919: Member of the City Council of Vienna ( 1st electoral period )
Political mandates
- November 8, 1932 until his death on September 6, 1933: Member of the National Council ( fourth legislative period ), SdP
