Margrave Hermann VII of Baden , called the alarm clock , (* 1266 ; † July 12, 1291 ) was the ruling margrave of Baden . He ruled from 1288 to 1291.

Margrave Hermann VII. Is the son of Rudolf I of Baden and Kunigunde von Eberstein (* around 1230; † April 12, 1284/90 in Lichtental ), the daughter of Count Otto von Eberstein.

Hermann VII married Agnes von Truhendingen before October 6, 1278 († after March 15, 1309). The following children were born from the marriage:

In 1291, Margrave Hermann VII of Baden received white castle possessions, for example in Bietigheim .

Hermann VII of Baden found his final resting place in the Lichtenthal monastery .
