Tod im Kiez is a German TV film by Till Franzen from 2018 . It is the pilot of the crime series Mr. and Mrs. Bulle .

Chief Detective Yvonne Wills and her husband, case analyst Heiko, strictly separate their professional and private lives. During a private visit to a club that hosts a tango evening, the two want to treat themselves to two wonderful hours, but are caught up in their everyday lives. A dead person is found on the piano. Detective Director Pede, Yvonne Wills' supervisor, decides that the couple should take on the case together. The investigations are also attended by the young inspector Kevin and Heiko's assistant Diane Springer. The investigative quartet finds out that the victim was a prostitute . The club owner René Schober comes under suspicion, but Yvonne Will's godfather Mike and his son Enrico are targeted.
