Hiaure ( West Frisian De Lytse Jouwer ) is a small village in the municipality of Noardeast-Fryslân in the Dutch province of Friesland . It is located northwest of Dokkum and has 65 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017). The village is surrounded by pastureland and you have a clear view of the surroundings.
Hiaure was probably created on a terp around the year 1000. The residents of Hiaure feel particularly connected to the residents of Hantum , Hantumeruitburen and Hantumhuizen and are therefore often called the 4H .
