Hilary Paul Odili Okeke (born January 21, 1947 in Utuh , Anambra state , Nigeria ) is Bishop of Nnewi .
Life
The Archbishop of Onitsha , Francis Arinze , ordained him a priest on April 20, 1974 .
Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Nnewi on November 9, 2001. The Apostolic Nuncio in Nigeria , Osvaldo Padilla , donated him episcopal ordination on February 10, 2002; Co- consecrators were Albert Kanene Obiefuna , Archbishop of Onitsha , and John Olorunfemi Onaiyekan , Archbishop of Abuja .
