The Hillwood Development Company is a real estate company in Fort Worth in the state of Texas . Hillwood Development is a real estate project developers and administrators ( Facilities Management ). It belongs to the fortune of the Perot family of US billionaire Ross Perot . The chairman is Henry Ross Perot Junior (1958).

The company develops projects in the office, industrial, housing, retail, entertainment, golf, energy and aerospace sectors. In addition to Texas , projects are also being implemented in Florida , Georgia , Hawaii , California , Mississippi , Pennsylvania and Wyoming . Project names are mainly Alliance, Hillwood and Victory (from Victory Intangibles).

The Victory Park project is being developed in central Dallas along Interstate 35. This also includes the W Dallas Victory Hotel & Residences, The House by Starck & yoo, the American Airlines Center , the Victory Plaza Building and the Victory Park Super Screens. Due to the international financial crisis, the Victory Park project in Dallas could fail.
