The Hitzberg is a mountain in the north-western Odenwald, approx. 2.8 km east of Darmstadt . The 197.2 m high mountain in the Darmstadt forest area is heavily forested. The L 3094 (Dieburger Straße) runs directly north of the Hitzbergss. Approx. 0.8 km east of the Hitzberg is the Prince of Hesse pit . To the west of the Hitzberg is the Woogsberg .
