The Gnadental flood retention basin , also known as the Sailach reservoir , is a reservoir in the Waldenburg Mountains north of Michelfeld -Gnadental in the Schwäbisch Hall district in Baden-Württemberg . The flood retention basin is operated by the Fichtenberger Rot water association. The small river Bibers is dammed here by an 18 m high and 170 m long earth dam.

In the fishing season from June 1st to October 31st you can fish for the following main types of fish: carp , tench, pikeperch , trout and various types of whitefish and others.
