Hohenlandin is an inhabited part of the municipality in the Landin district of the Mark Landin municipality in the Uckermark district in Brandenburg .

Geography and transport links

Hohenlandin is located northwest of the Netherlands . East which runs B 166 , south extending the around 123 ha large protected area Landiner Haussee and extends the B 2 .

The following are listed as architectural monuments (see list of architectural monuments in Mark Landin # Hohenlandin ):

  • Manor complex, consisting of manor house (ruin), manor park, farmyard. The former castle was built in Tudor style in 1861 . To the west of the castle is the park designed by Lenné in 1822. (Schlossstrasse 7a)
  • The Protestant church, an early Gothic stone building , dates from the second half of the 13th century. After a fire caused by a lightning strike in 1945, the church was in ruins. By 1957 the church was expanded again and given a new, simple facility. The interior is neo-Gothic (Schlossstrasse 12).
  • Village school (Schlossstrasse 14)
