Horizontal division and structuring by means of plinth, floor, sill, protruding roof cornice as well as indicated cuboid imitation on the ground floor.

The building is accessed through the deeply cut entrance niche on the right. The window openings are designed in a shape and design that varies from floor to floor. The windows on the ground floor, including the entrance niche, are designed as round arches covered with keystones . The vertical rectangles on the first floor are framed by stylized pilasters and elaborate crowning ( tail gable over vegetal ornamentation ) and emphasized by ornamented parapet fields with connecting plaster coffers. The arched windows on the second floor are more modest, with only a narrow profile strip.
