Hoisbüttel

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hoisbüttel ( Low German : Höösbüddel; Hoysbüddel ) is now a district of Ammersbek in the Stormarn district ( Schleswig-Holstein )

history

Hoisbüttel was first mentioned in a document in 1262. In 1396 the village was divided. In one half the Holstein noble estate Hoisbüttel was created , while the other part went to Hamburg in 1437 and formed one of the Hamburg forest villages there . Since the end of the 17th century there is evidence of a school in the Holstein part. The coupling took place there in 1792.

In 1803 the hamburg half of the village also came to Holstein and there - like the estate - belonged to the old lordly Tremsbüttel office . Both parts of the village remained administratively independent until 1926. Since the Prussian annexation of Schleswig-Holstein in 1867, both Hoisbüttel belong to the Stormarn district and came to the Bergstedt district with the introduction of the Prussian municipal constitution in 1889 . Since the opening of the Lottbek stop of the Alt-Rahlstedt-Volksdorf-Wohldorf electric train in 1907 and the Hoisbüttel underground station in 1918, the Hoisbüttler (now Ammersbeker) district of Lottbek has developed .

When the Bergstedt district was dissolved due to the Greater Hamburg Act in 1937, the now reunified rural community came to the Ahrensburg district . In 1951 Hoisbüttel left the Ahrensburg office and formed the Bünningstedt office with Bünningstedt, from which the Ammersbek community emerged on January 1, 1978. At the time of the merger with Bünningstedt, Hoisbüttel had 4,351 inhabitants.

The Hoisbüttel underground station is a subway station of the U 1 ( Norderstedt Mitte - Ohlstedt ).
