Holbrook Bodies

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Holbrook Bodies is a former British coachbuilding company based on Holbrook Lane in Coventry between 1926 and 1933 . The address was probably eponymous.

description

Holbrook Bodies built at least one two-seater body on the chassis of a Bentley 3.5 liter as well as closed superstructures under license Weymann for Hillmann. In 1933 the company had to file for bankruptcy. The company SS (Standard Swallow, predecessor of Jaguar ) took over their systems to expand their capacities.
