Holger Lindemann

Holger Lindemann (born September 19, 1970 in Braunschweig ) is a German educator and educational scientist. He is professor of developmental psychology and systemic counseling at the MSB Medical School Berlin , head of the HafenCity Institute for Systemic Education (HISA) at the MSH Medical School Hamburg and the author of books on the subjects of systemic counseling and therapy , systems theory and constructivism , school management and school development and to inclusion .

Career

Until 1997, Lindemann studied at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg Diploma in Education specializing in special education . From 1997 to 2008 he worked as a facility manager in open youth and disabled assistance. During this period he completed part-time training and completed training as a systemic supervisor and organizational consultant. He has been certified as a systemic supervisor by the Systemic Society since 2007, and in 2017 he was certified as a systemic supervisor by the German Society for Systemic Therapy, Counseling and Family Therapy . He has been a certified mediator since 2016. From 2001 to 2008, in addition to his work as a facility manager, he was employed as a research assistant in the fields of pedagogy for the physically handicapped and general pedagogy for the disabled at the University of Oldenburg and taught at universities and colleges in Koblenz , Hanover , Hamburg , Berlin , Olten and Krems . During this time he worked on his doctorate on "(Special) educational theory and practice from a constructivist perspective", which he successfully completed in 2004. From 2008 to 2015 he worked as a teacher and research assistant in special educational psychology at the University of Oldenburg. In 2012 he received the teaching award in the category “Particularly successful instructions for independent scientific work and research”. In 2014 he obtained his habilitation with the license to teach “Special Education and Education Management”. From October 2015 to September 2016, Lindemann was a substitute professor for "School development, learning support and special educational professionalism in the context of inclusion" at the University of Leipzig. Since October 2016 he has been a professor of curative education at the Medical School Berlin and subsequently for "Developmental Psychology and Systemic Counseling". Since the end of 2017, Lindemann has also headed the "HafenCity Institute for Systemic Education" he founded at the MSH Medical School Hamburg, which offers further training for various areas of work. In 2017 the working group “Inclusion at Oldenburg Schools”, which he heads, was awarded the Jakob Muth Prize for inclusive schools.
