Holoskiw ( Ukrainian Голосків ; Russian Голосков Holoskow , Polish Hołosków ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast Khmelnyzkyj with about 1,600 inhabitants (2001).
The village, first mentioned in writing in 1460, was an independent district council until August 2015 and since then has been part of the rural unitary community Humenzi .
The village is located in the historical Podolia region on the bank of the Smotrych , a 168 km long left tributary of the Dniester , about 8 km west of the Humenzi community center , 6 km northwest of the city center of the Kamianets -Podilskyi district and about 90 km south of the Khmelnitsky oblast center . In the village there is a mill, a mansion from the 19th century and a 12.67 hectare park as well as a stone church built in the late 19th / early 20th century, the predecessor of which, which existed from 1782 to 1882, was based on a wooden church dating back to 1741. Territorial road T-23-21 runs east of the village .
