Horace Robert Bonser (born March 27, 1882 in Cincinnati , † June 7, 1934 ibid) was an American sports shooter .
successes
Horace Bonser, who was active for the Cincinnati Gun Club , took part in the 1920 Olympic Games in Antwerp in a trap . In the individual, he finished fifth with 87 points, behind his fellow countrymen Mark Arie , Frank Troeh , Frank Wright and Frederick Plum . He finished the team competition with the US team in first place, with 547 points the Americans had 44 points ahead of the second-placed Belgians. In addition to Bonser, Arie, Troeh and Wright, Forest McNeir and Jay Clark were part of the team.
