Ưư
The horn ( viet . : dấu móc ) is a diacritical mark , which starts at the upper right corner of the letters o and u in order to get in Vietnamese ơ and ư , the unrounded variants of the vowels , which are represented by the underlying letter; <ơ> represents the phoneme / əː / , <ư> stands for the unrounded closed back vowel / ɯ / (also / ɨ / ). In Vietnamese, the horn is rarely seen as a separate diacritical, while ơ and ư are seen more as separate letters.
