Horodyschtsche ( Ukrainian Городище ; Russian Городище Gorodishche , Polish Horodyszcze ) is a village in the center of the Ukrainian Oblast Rivne with about 3900 inhabitants (2001).
The village, first mentioned in writing in 1629, borders on the Beresne Rajon center in the south . It is the administrative center of the district council of the same name, 43,489 km² in the north of Beresne district , to which the village Orliwka ( Орлівка , ⊙ ) with about 1400 inhabitants belongs.
Horodyschtsche is 68 km northeast of the Oblast capital Rivne on the banks of the River Slutsch and on the territorial road T-18-12 .
