Life
As a student at the Albertus University in Königsberg , Ademeit became a member of Corps Masovia in 1932 . He later studied chemistry at the TH Berlin and the TH Braunschweig . During the Second World War Ademeit was established in early 1940 as sergeant for the third season of the Jagdgeschwader 54 commands. In the Battle of Britain on September 18, 1940, he achieved his first victory in the air. At the beginning of the German-Soviet War , his squadron was relocated to the Eastern Front in June 1941 . There followed in rapid succession aerial victories, promotions and awards. At the beginning of August 1944 he was appointed commodore of his squadron.
On August 6, 1944, Ademeit achieved his 166th and last aerial victory over Dünaburg with a Messerschmitt Bf 109 . The next day he chased a Soviet Ilyushin Il-2 machine in a Focke-Wulf Fw 190 across the front line. Because of an engine hit, he had to make an emergency landing on Soviet territory.
