Horst Heinrich (politician, 1921)

Horst Heinrich (born on August 2, 1921 in Delitzsch ) is a former NDPD functionary. He was a member of the People's Chamber of the GDR .

Life

Horst Heinrich was born in Delitzsch as the son of a craftsman. After visiting the elementary school and high school he trained as a plumber and installer (1939-1941). On September 1, 1939, he joined the NSDAP (membership number 7108062). He became a soldier and took part in the Second World War.

After his imprisonment, Horst Heinrich returned to the profession he had learned in 1946. From 1949 to 1952 he was a specialist teacher for plumbers' apprentices at the vocational school in Delitzsch. In 1951 he joined the National Democratic Party of Germany (NDPD). From 1952 he worked as a freelance plumber and plumber. In 1953 he passed the master's examination as a plumber and in 1954 as a plumber. In 1954 he was elected a member of the Leipzig District Committee of the NDPD. In 1958 he became a member of the Leipzig District Assembly for the first time . In 1958 he became 1st chairman of the PGH "Aufbau" in Delitzsch, member of the economic council of the Leipzig district and member of the main committee of the NDPD in Berlin. On November 16, 1958, he was elected to the People's Chamber for the first time, to which he belonged up to and including the 8th electoral period, d. H. until 1986.

On December 1, 1967, he was appointed to the commission of the People's Chamber to draft a socialist constitution for the GDR.

So far nothing is known about his further life.
