Horst Mühleisen

Horst Dieter Mühleisen (born August 31, 1943 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) is a German historian and archivist .

Life

Horst Mühleisen graduated from secondary school and studied history, German and political science at the University of Freiburg and the University of Cologne from 1974 . In 1981 he was trained by Andreas Hillgruber at Cologne University with the dissertation Kurt Freiherr v. Lersner, diplomat in the upheaval of times 1918–1920. A biography of Dr. phil. PhD.

From 1989 to 2001 he was an archivist at the University of Trier . He kicked u. a. as Ernst Jünger - bibliographer forth.
