Horst Peschke (politician)

Horst Peschke (born February 6, 1914 in Dresden ; † September 4, 1991 in Berlin ) was a German FDP politician.

Life

Peschke studied from 1932 to 1937 at the Technical University of Berlin , graduating with a diploma as a technical physicist. In the meantime, he did military service in 1934 and 1935 . From 1937 he worked as a graduate engineer .

From 1946 to 1949 Peschke was the chairman of the works council at C. Lorenz AG , and from 1948 he was also a member of the board of the Independent Trade Union Opposition .

politics

From 1945 Peschke was a member of the LDP , later in the FDP . In 1948 he was elected to the Berlin city council, from 1950 he was a member of the Berlin House of Representatives .
