The Hoshko Glacier is a Kar glacier in East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Lanterman Range of the Bowers Mountains, it flows southwest between Bowers Peak and Mount Edixon into the lower section of the Canham Glacier .

The area was mapped through United States Geological Survey and United States Navy aerial surveys from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1970 after Lieutenant John Hoshko Jr. of the United States Navy Reserve Forces, public affairs officer on the command staff of the United States Navy Support Units in Antarctica from 1966 to 1968.
