Hot Properties is an American sitcom from 2005.
action
At the center of the story are four friends Ava, Chloe, Lola and Emerson, all of whom work for a real estate company in Manhattan . All are characterized by particularly different character traits. Ava is a sometimes cynical but kind-hearted businesswoman with a much younger husband. This makes her the only one of the four friends who has a steady relationship, which means that the majority of the episodes often focus on the (mostly unsuccessful) dating attempts of the other three. Lola is a very spirited Latina , but she tends to fall in love with homosexual men without being aware of their sexual orientation. Chloe is also a single woman looking for her dream man. She is quick-witted and always makes jokes in the form of funny comments (which others find quite exhausting). Last but not least, there is Emerson, the youngest of the four women. She is pious - sometimes a little prudish - and shy. She also comes from a very rich family.
