House Flipper is a simulation game for Microsoft Windows and MacOS from 2018 that simulates the process of renovation and the associated manual activities.

Gameplay

At the beginning of the game the player buys a dilapidated house and takes care of its renovation. This includes, for example, cleaning and design work such as pest control , waste disposal , wallpapering , plastering as well as manual and technical work such as cabling and electrical installation . For this purpose, the player has various tools such as hammer , saw , screwdriver or brush available. The work should take place as realistic and detailed as possible. The player can also take care of decoration, design and his own styles. Then the house is sold as profitably as possible and the player goes to the next house. In addition to day-to-day business, contract work is also possible. New items and skills can be acquired or unlocked and improved.

House Flipper was developed by the Polish studio Empyrean Games . Was first released the game on May 17, 2018 Playway SA on the line - distribution platform Steam . The game was previously in the Steam Greenlight program. The free DLC Apocalypse Flipper is now available, which adds a nuclear bunker and safe rooms .
