The Hover Bach is a 5 km long orographically right tributary of the Waldbrölbach in the North Rhine-Westphalian municipality of Ruppichteroth , Germany .

The stream rises about 700 meters northeast of Obersaurenbach at an altitude of 270  m above sea level. NN . From here it first flows in a south-westerly direction, passing Obersaurenbach on the south-eastern outskirts. A little later the brook flows through the Bacherhof . Below the hamlet, the course turns in a westerly direction. The stream passes through the village of Hove in the south. Shortly before Schönenberg, the Hover Bach turns south and flows out at 142  m above sea level. NN on the right in the Waldbrölbach .

The creek overcomes a height difference of 128 m on its 5 km long path, which corresponds to a mean bed gradient of 25.6 ‰. It drains an approximately 3.9 km² catchment area via Waldbrölbach, Bröl , Sieg and Rhine to the North Sea .
