Howard Franklin
Howard Franklin is an American screenwriter who also tried occasionally as a film director . Almost all of his films are comedies.
Almost nothing is known about his biography. In the mid-1980s, his name was first listed as a co-author on blockbusters such as On the Hunt for the Green Diamond and The Name of the Rose .
In 1990 he tried for the first time as a director in a remake of the French comedy flick The Boss from 1985. Under the name Ein crazy brilliant coup (original title: Quick Change) he was able to win Bill Murray for the lead role. The reporter was in 1992, however, a neo-noir - thriller with Joe Pesci . In his third directorial work Die dicke Vera (original title: Larger Than Life) Murray was once again part of the party.
