Hugh d'Aubigny, 5th Earl of Arundel (around 1215 - May 7, 1243 ) was an English magnate .

He came from the Anglo-Norman family Aubigny and was the second son of William d'Aubigny, 3rd Earl of Arundel and Mabel of Chester. His father died in 1221, after the death of his older brother William in 1224, the underage Hugh became heir to his father's extensive estates and the title of Earl of Arundel . In 1242 he was one of the magnates that King Heinrich III. accompanied on the campaign to Poitou during the Saintonge War . He was buried in Wymondham Priory , Norfolk .

He married Isabel de Warenne in 1234, daughter of William de Warenne, 5th Earl of Surrey, and Maud Marshal. Since the marriage had remained childless, his property was divided among his four sisters Mabel, Isabel, Nicola and Cecilia and their descendants after his death. Arundel Castle and thus de iure also his earl title fell to the descendants of his sister Isabel from the House of FitzAlan .
