Hugo Nicolás Barbaro
Hugo Nicolás Barbaro (born December 12, 1950 in Partido Vicente López ) is an Argentine priest and bishop of San Roque de Presidencia Roque Sáenz Peña .
Life
Hugo Nicolás Barbaro joined the personal prelature Opus Dei and was ordained a priest on August 15, 1980 .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on April 22, 2008 Bishop of San Roque de Presidencia Roque Sáenz Peña . The Archbishop of Buenos Aires , Jorge Mario Cardinal Bergoglio SJ , donated him episcopal ordination on July 4th of the same year; Co- consecrators were José Lorenzo Sartori , Old Bishop of San Roque de Presidencia Roque Sáenz Peña, and Francisco Polti Santillán , Bishop of Santiago del Estero . The inauguration in the diocese took place on July 26th of the same year.
