IZH Planeta ( Russian Иж Планета ) is a series of Russian motorcycle models. The IZH Planeta have been manufactured in the Ischmasch factory since 1962. Planeta 5 was produced in 1987-2008. Up to the Planeta-6, single - cylinder two-stroke engines with 350 cm ³ displacement were used, the Planeta-7 has a single-cylinder four-stroke engine with 250 cm ³ .
