Ian Wannamaker (born April 24, 1981 in Toronto , Ontario , Canada ) is a former Canadian - New Zealand ice hockey player and current coach, who spent his entire active career with Botany Swarm in the New Zealand Ice Hockey League .

Career

Ian Wannamaker, who was born in Canada, has spent his entire career as a hockey player with Botany Swarm , for whom he is on the ice in the New Zealand Ice Hockey League . In 2007, 2008, 2010, when he was named Most Valuable Player of the West Auckland Admirals final , and in 2011, he won the New Zealand National Championship with the Auckland team . After retiring, he was assistant coach at Botany Swarm in 2017.

International

With the national team of New Zealand Wannamaker took part in the World Championships of Division II in 2010 , 2011 , 2012 , 2013 and 2015 .
