  1. Mardan Aghayev / Ruslana Suleymanova (ed.): Yearbook Azerbaijan Research in 2007 , Eastern Europe , Volume 57, Issue 7, German publishing house, 2007. S. 152, where it says:

“Particularly noteworthy is the article by Yasemen Hesen on the literary work and philosophy of the Azerbaijani poet Hüseyn Cavid, who fell victim to the Stalinist purges. The author analyzes the most important features of Cavid's poetry and the synthesis of the value system in his most important works 'Iblis' (Satan) and 'Peygember' (The Prophet). Some of the articles in the anthology are too brief and therefore cannot satisfy the reader. Unfortunately, the subjects of politics, economics and, above all, history are clearly underrepresented.
