Ibrahim Evsan (born November 27, 1975 in Warendorf ) is a German entrepreneur , blogger and author of Turkish descent.

life and work

Evsan became known as the founder of sevenload , a Web 2.0 platform for multimedia content. In October 2009 Evsan announced his departure from sevenload in order to devote himself to founding a new company, “United Prototype”, in which the social game Fliplife was developed. Evsan also developed the page socialpop.de, which shows evaluations and statistics around Facebook trends.

In 2012, 3rdPlace GmbH was founded by Evsan, which became Social Trademark GmbH in 2014. The company's focus is on image building, online reputation management and networking . Evsan moved from Cologne to Munich in 2016.

Awards

In August 2008 Evsan took second place among the most important web founders in Germany on the Deutsche Startups website . In 2009 he won the Convergators Award from BITKOM and Focus in the “Digital Life” category at CeBIT . The following year Evsan came second in the “Mister Digital” category, which was chosen by Internet World Business. In 2011 he was one of the top 5 most influential social media personalities and in 2013 he was ranked 17th of the 100 most important heads of the European digital industry.

voluntary work

Evsan forms the board of the Deutschlandstiftung Integration together with Kai Diekmann and Maria Böhmer . He is also a deputy member of the media commission of the State Agency for Media North Rhine-Westphalia (LfM), a member of the media advisory board and the creative industry initiative of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. as well as ambassador for the digital economy of North Rhine-Westphalia. Evsan has been a committee member of UNICEF since June 23, 2010 . He is also a member of the Code for Germany advisory board .
