The actress Jenny Gröllmann was a character actress from the GDR. From 1990 the actress established herself on all-German television. In Liebling Kreuzberg she reached the German audience as "Attorney Isenthal" alongside Manfred Krug . At the age of 59, Gröllmann died in 2006 of complications from her cancer.

The film accompanies her during the last two years of her life. Using film excerpts, parallel mounted images and conversations with colleagues and companions such as Michael Gwisdek and Henry Hübchen , the actress' career is traced and a personal portrait is drawn.

The Wiesbaden film evaluation agency rated the film as "valuable".

Presentation was held the film in 2008 at the Max Ophüls Prize Film Festival , the 12th Sofia International Film Festival, the documentary program "achtung berlin", the Filmkunstfest Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and the German Film Festival .
